The ground rules for using this site and working with us.

These terms govern your use of the Darinify website. Paid engagements are also covered by a separate written agreement (a proposal or statement of work); where that agreement and these terms differ, the agreement wins.
You may browse and share our site for lawful purposes. Please do not attempt to disrupt it, scrape it at scale, or misuse our content. The site is provided as is, without warranties of any kind.
Darinify provides software design and development services across web, mobile, AI, UX/UI, DevOps, and the healthcare, ERP and POS systems businesses run on. Any pricing shown on the site (for example “from $15k”) is an indicative starting point. Your actual scope and price are confirmed in a written quote after a discovery call.
Invoices are due per the schedule in your agreement. Late payments may pause active work. Unless stated otherwise, prices exclude applicable taxes.
On full payment, you own the source code, designs, and deliverables we create specifically for you. We may retain ownership of our pre-existing tools and reusable components, and we may showcase the work in our portfolio unless you ask us in writing not to.
We treat your non-public information as confidential and only use it to deliver the work. We are happy to sign your NDA.
We stand behind our work and will fix defects in delivered code for the warranty period stated in your agreement. Beyond that, ongoing maintenance is available via a support retainer.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Darinify is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability for any engagement is limited to the fees you paid for that engagement.
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction stated in your engagement agreement. Set your governing law and venue here before launch.
We may update these terms; the last updated date above reflects the current version.
